I'm a self-taught maker with a deep love for the slow, intentional art of crochet and sewing. What started as a personal journey to reconnect with creativity, has become a growing space for handmade beauty, gentle routines, and meaningful creation.

Philocalist means " a lover of beauty", and that's exactly what this blog is about: finding joy in the little details -- the feel of yarn between your fingers, the quiet (sometimes) hum of a sewing machine, the satisfaction of finishing a piece that's entirely your own.
